Holy Pink Fairy dusted Star Garland Doc!
DOF is beyond dreamy and focus is sharp.
I like the soft lilac color, thick waxy like petals and the star shape this shrub flower has.
Great camera techs with superb diagonal placement within the frame.

awww...thank you Sange. I am really pleased you went back and had a look at this one. It was one of Padre's favorite shrubs so it has a really special place in my heart. I keep looking at this and meaning to review it and keep getting distracted. A wonderful shot of the stem bursting with life and also showing the stages of life with this plant. Great clarity, sharp and brilliant detail and lovely crisp shades of purple, captured very effectively. Well done.

Oh it IS Mary Lynn!! All the trees have finally started budding and there's new things in all my beds every day or two. Now if it would REALLY warm up things would go crazy....lol...weatherman says by the middle of this next week....we'll see. Thank you so much for having a look at this guy. Oh and Mary Lynn- this one is a shrub......the spring bulbs seemed to slow down when it got so cold last week. Anyway- always appreciate your thoughts on one of my pieces.

ok the ones on top is singing the high notes and the ones on the bottoms is handling the bass. so I betcha can guess what the guys I the middle is doing. lol. the clarity is great. the capture of the light is great. the angle of the shot of the colorful flowers is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall
