at my second children's home we ate acorns and also sauer grass. Kids with no food soon learn what is eatable, so acorns have a special place in my heart. Love the way your put your thoughts into pictures with these entities. Clear and crisp.

Folks on here assume I'm spring chicken..but the more I think about it I like that idea. Now I tell folks I'm old 21 and I'm gonna stick with that idea. Course if Anyone ever quiz me about music from bebop to the beach party to British invasion to Woodstock they would think I study it. I was there to but I got frozen I. Time and they thawed me out recently. The sad part about being frozen is does give you wrinkles and makes your hair turn white.. Evil grin..lol. Thanks for the great review

Very imaginative. I like the profile of the two Flowers interacting. Putting them in profile draws attention to them, which is important since they are the main interest. It's not often I see flower's profiles. Use of acorns is quite imaginative. Would not work with watermelons or cantaloupes. And of course in every group, big or small, there's an oddball. You've included one here on the left. What is it, a cowbell lily or something? Having the flower on the right running is a good touch, it gives the scene energy. You did well with the shadows; they are consistent with the light direction. Very entertaining and light hearted.
At first I thought the sunflowers on the beach were out of place but then I realized it's best for sunflowers on the beach because the beach is known for sun, and it would explain the bikini top for the acorns.
Nice amusing artwork.

This is the cartoon series "Funnie Flowers" that has been running for a few years. Out of my over 800/drawings the cartoons are only about 300/so far. If you get the chance stop by Youtube
Com under MKFlood Presents and view any of my 19 illustrated music videos. Thanks for the great review.

Funny, from where does this acorn come from? Probably from a more northern beach. The area in the drawing looks tropical. I wonder if the acorn would grow in the beach sand. But Funny Flowers are smart. The probably plant it into a garden with perfect soil. Maybe it grows to Super-Acorn then.
