Congratulations to your country!
This birthday card is assembled in a very sophisticated fashion. I like especially how the flowers, frame and ribbon repeat the color of the flags and how those items are place surrounding them. Background and writing again emphasize the special celebration as well.

This is my third attempt to review this as I'm always out of battery without finishing my remarks!
Well this is a very nationalistic tribute or presentation with the colors of you emblem.
The red framed gives a more defined image.
The red & blue ribbons accentuate this composition aesthetically!

A lovely contribution to this traditional day of celebration , subtle yet incorporating all the elements and colours of Norway - The flags, the blue, white and red - framed nicely and decorated elegantly with the flowers at the bottom and framed neatly and nicely with a sharp red & white dotted border - finished off with a nice ribbon at the bottom. Great detail & composition, you should turn this into a gift card!! Great work.

I like your trademark handling of mixed media with blurred background and appropriate frame. The blue gradient in linear also adds to the depth and beauty of this piece.
