Love your description..always read them fully as they are so interesting and this one certainly retains my attention and as for its strange pattern on the petals Ive never quite seen anything like it on any other variety of flower. The colours are particularly pretty and contrast beautifully with the foliage

One of the most interesting...and unusual flowers I grow Neil....I absolutely adore them. Thank you so much for having a look and for your comment re: my notes....I love hearing you find them interesting. How's the show going?? Been thinking of you and hoping you've had tons of visitors.

The color pattern and the texture of the flowers looks almost textile. I guess those bells printed on fabric would look beautiful. The photo is sharp and well balanced. I like the tight framing. It is a nice, crisp capture showing good detail of blossoms stem and leaves emphasized by the complimentary background.

awww Cleo....you are just a DOLL!! What a really lovely review....and a gold star as well. Thank you so much for being so generous. You're right too btw- the texture of these blossoms is closer to a textile look than any other flower I grow. They are just the prettiest little things. Thank you again Cleo. I do really appreciate this.

This is a plant I just have to get for my garden. I had never seen in before I saw photos of it here on FAR, and think the flowers are truly pretty. You have indeed pictured these ones well, and they are standing out so well against the perfectly softened background.

Your photo is sharp, but I do see a kind of pixels or noise around the leaves and the flowers. Perhaps it is the upload doing this, but if not, you should probably have run the photo through a noise reduction filter. The exposure is of course spot on.

I also think the cropping is working well, and the flowers have got a very fine placement within the frame. An all together lovely and well taken photo, and with an excellent DOF.

Oh it's the BEST av. I got a 'variety package' though which I wouldn't do again. I got mostly light colored ones and next time will buy the two separate b/c the dark ones are AMAZING!! As for the pixeling -it is really frustrating....I did find a noise reduction filter and ran it through TWICE and still cannot get rid of all of it...arggghhh lol Anyway dear av....thank you so much for the wonderful review, the suggestion AND for not docking me. Perhaps I need a better filter??

Oh I saw it too av....believe me....and agonized over trying to figure out what the problem was. I am not used to noise in my photos. You would have had every right....oops..lol...I probably shouldn't even write that here.
