You have done some beautiful work on this magnificent creature. You have made him look even more magnificent! I like the way the eyes and stripes jump out and the soft fluffy texture that the fur has. His features are so well defined. That face just draws me in!

I understand and feel your frustrations on trying to get a shot on a zoo animal. I have yet to get the Orangutans to stop hiding behind rocks to get a shot.
I think this was a clever idea and I like the filter used to enhance this using paint brushes.
The eyes are amazing.
Nice work Cara!!

The eyes are most impressive. It seems that the tiger is looking directly at me. I admire how defined those eyes and all the markings and even the whiskers are.
The movement captured is amazing. This tiger looks completely natural even with major mixed media added.

So ya got a new kitty for the house. Bet your neighbors love that..lol. The clarity is great. The capture of the light is great. The angle of the shot of the big cats facial is great. The image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. Good eye and great job overall

A picture within a picture...... The technique you used makes it look like a stuffed animal. Nice close up of this poster. Hope you have better luck next time.

Yes, I can well understand your frustrations and emotions after a difficult/failed shoot in an anticipated location. Nevertheless though you did not come away empty handed! Your photo gave you the foundation with which to create a memorable image which this is! Nice work overall!!

Thanks for the great artists notes and storytelling. I like this talented and creative photography and good painting techniques used in photoshop. Your brush techniques has made the fur on this gorgeous animal realistic. Your shading of the background is beautifully done and compliments your photography. This is very nice and creative work and thanks for sharing!

I suppose if there is a will there is a way. I had to laugh at your frustration. I think you did very well with this even if you did cheat, LOL! I would love to get a shot of a big cat like this. In my area there is wild Bobcats but have never seen one much less photograph one. Only hear from deer hunters that they had seen one somewhere.
Anyhow this does look neat!
