While I'm not at all familiar with anything that's included with Photoshop I'm certainly enjoying how impressive your photo based on the Tiger's poster image turned out!
It's bright and impressive and a lot of fun to view!

Stunning! The colors are so rich and I like the motion in his legs as he approaches the viewer. His eyes are so penetrating and impressive. You made the most of your "disappointing" day at the zoo!

It definitely has the look of a painting of some kind. The contrast is quite high and the sheen in the eye has a supernatural look. Great colors and attractive cropping.
