I find the subdued colors and multiple blue tones in this image very attractive. I think the water in the foreground looks especially nice with the light shimmering on the edges. I like how you captured the bird low in flight with the wings turned down. Your framing is balanced and visually appealing too. I can see this photograph being used as an inspirational image.

The varying shades of blue create a very soft cohesiveness. The many horizontal lines add to the feeling of movement in the water and the seagull. You truly captured both the beauty of a single moment and the feeling of continued movement within it. Seemingly two contrasting effects, but they work perfectly to underscore both. I can feel the air and peace in this image. Beautiful!

This shot is a monochrome.

The bird in flight contrast nicely with the water.

Your camera settings caught the bird in mid wing beat and stopped the motion - well done.

I get a sense of serenity when I look at this composition, and it pleases me.

Your framed the bird very well indeed.

DOF is deep and well calculated.

An excellent seascape ... B-)) Bob

Excellent image of your Sea Gull gliding over the beach. Gull is framed just right but more then that the size of the incoming wave is out of sight. Everything sharp and enjoy the misty day. Thank You for sharing.

What I like the best about this photo is the simplicity and all the lovely shades of blue. I do however think the filters are a bit over done, and I also think the photo needs to be leveled.

The bird is standing out sharp but has probably lost details because of a slight over exposure. I do however don't find this distracting.

The photo is nicely cropped and the bird has got a very good placement off to the left, given a lot of room to fly into. I think this is an all together lovely and well taken photo, but I also think it needs some adjustments.

A beautifully balanced shot and one that is so appealing to the viewer with the gorgeous blue hues of the ocean that are broken up nicely through the different surf lines working their way through the shore line. I really do like this presentation

A beautiful shot captured from a fantastic vantage point and with great timing, showing this lone gull soaring towards the ocean. The fantastic array of blues in this piece is a rare sight, with land, sea and sky all merging beautifully together with great DOF and the gull giving brilliant perspective. I wish I had a 6* left - really beautiful piece well done.

Beautiful seascape photograph. The position with the bird is great. The angle that the bird is on is great. The island in the distance and the different colors of blue in the water are both nice touches. Great take
