This is a fabulous view. Your exposure gives nice color to all the elements in the scene. I like how the motion of the water can be seen against the rocks. Looks so relaxing!

I have been in Greece, and I am honestly not ready for any serious reviewing yet, but you have captured this beautiful scene so well. I especially like your point of view and the fine balance in the composition. It is also a nice and sharp shot, and the exposure is just excellent. Well done Ed.

You are more than welcome Ed, and I had a wonderful trip to Greece. Of course I will have a look at your photos from Hawaii. Actually just reviewed one of them.

beautiful shot and reminded me a little of the beaches that are televised for the Bear Gryls reality programme where ordinary people have to fend for themselves for weeks on end on a deserted island...perhaps it was shot there ..!! gorgeous structure to your presentation with lovely sharp focusing throughout

A beautiful picture of Turtle Bay with the footprints in the sand leading the viewer into the heart of the picture & between the rocks along the shoreline beautifully framed by the sea on the right ,& the trees on the left under an almost clear blue sky with fluffy white clouds creeping over the horizon. Beautiful composition framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

So much beauty in this landscape photography. Your composition just brings us into your photography. Your framing is good and photo well composed. Your focus, lighting, clarity and details are good. I like all the many shades of blue in the sky and the water. Nice movement in the water and nice capture of the white caps. Nice work and thanks for sharing!

Several years ago, those could have been my footprints. Hawaii is a fabulous place to visit. We had two weeks on Oahu and Maui. Some of my first posts on FAR where from that trip. I love the POV and the gently lapping waves on the rocks. The long view of the beach and coastline are so familiar. Love the scene.

Oh, I could sit on the lava formations and soak my feet all day. Excellent seascape capture of the South Pacific with everything sharp and can almost feel the breeze. Thank You for sharing.

My main comment is on the composition, the footprints and the rocks are what grabs the eye but they then lead the eye away from the rest of the image and not into the image. The sea foam does a nice job with the s curve and leads into the images but this is only discovered on further study of the image.
Viewing here, the image does not appear to be sharp, may be far or the upload so not considering this in the rating.
Would like to see a bit more seperation of the trees, most seem to blend together with difficulty in using them to provide depth in the background.

As.long as those footprints don't belong to a guy with a hockey mask and a machete..wink..Lol. The clarity is great. The angle of the shot of the beach, sea, treeline and sky view is great. The capture of the light is great. The image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. Good eye and great job overall
