A nice seascape painting. I like the gradual color changes in the sky that carry throughout in the water. The palm tree breaks up the picture a bit.

Oh wow! so impressed with the wonderful, beautiful sunset beach scene. Al the elements, water, boat, palm trees, color all work together so harmonious. Love the texture and appears to be a wonderful watercolor along with oils. A, real contender and thanks for sharing.

A very nice composition. It brings to mind the words of a friend of mine who wrote:
"I though of you then as a secret in the water
that made waves out of the elements of order
and taught them surge and swell and billow". Learning Gravity by Tom Lynch. The colors work well together.

Excellent creation. The body form of the palm tree and boat is excellent. The shading is excellent. The depth is excellent.. The blend of color is awesome. The details is excellent. An absolutely wonderful image. Beautiful natural color over the image with such artistic textures - they play very well to the scene. Great entry for the contest. I do think though that I would have given just a tiny bit more lighting to the scene. That's me though... grand evening as is!!! Thanks for sharing and good luck!

Thank you for your review, your kind wishes and your input. I will have a look at the lighting. It is taken from the reality I have seen in the Caribbean. The sun is barely above the horizon and covered by clouds and haze. I thought any brighter light would be not true to reality.
