Composition is good and the slight sunset on the horizon is very attractive. The building and lights are beautiful. It looks like maybe the scene could be a tad bit sharper and crisper. I like the green touch in the foreground for an extra bit of color. Good luck in the contest.

Thank you for your review. I wish the lighting was crisper but for this contest we had to shoot and post in the raw. No edits alllowed.
