I adore the background in this piece of art work.It assists in the enhancement of this gorgeous subject as you've applied wonderful brush strokes to the pink petals that bring this flower alive although I would personally have liked a little more pronounced depth on the image

Beautiful watercolor and just love the way you let the colors flow to create your delicate Lily and cattails. Excellent detail revealing painted vanes in in petals. Flower framed well and stands out against very harmonious background. Thank You for sharing.

Very nice and subtle image. Your decision to use watercolors really gives this a soft feel. The flower is nicely placed in the scene with the two buds on top and the two leaves on the bottom making a nice frame. Well done on this one Suzanne ~ Steve
