A beautiful drawing. The interaction between these two is well shown and the colors are very fine. The fact that prejudices are learned is a thing that we should all think about more often.

It is something "learnt." It is passed generation to generation by our parents,
and other adults, and early in life what we read.
This educational graphite
immediately brought a smile to my face. The facial expressions, the fingers to the face as if to see the color would rub off. BEAUTIFUL!
A picture, a sketch, as in this case worth a thousand words!

Raoul,
A wonderful picture of this pair of youngesters communicating with each other as friends, who see past the difference in their colour which they won't see as something to remark upon until an adult tells them about it. Created with very skilful draftsmanship beautiful choice & application of your colours. Susan

Very poignant drawing with your coloured pencils and aptly showing the unblinkered attitude of children to race and colour, as it should be. I like the limited use of colour which adds more impact. Love all the detail in the fingers, toes and clothing. The simple background works very well. Lovely drawing. Good luck in the contest. Suzanne
