What a beautiful shot! Great selective focus, lovely rich color palette and wonderful light as well as tight framing to really bring to life the character of this beauty.

Atta girl G~Lu! The challenges shooting through glass, fences, screens..not easy at the zoos.
You have a fine profile pose, superb eye Clarity with nice light reflection, sharp focus and soft DOF. White balance is controlled well on all colors.
Great work behind your lens of a bird most of us will never get to see in person.

You have a fine profile pose, superb eye Clarity with nice light reflection, sharp focus and soft DOF. White balance is controlled well on all colors.

Thank you very much! No, I haven't been to Belize, actually haven't been outside of the USA although I think it would be fun to visit far away places with my cameras :)

Capturing superb eye clarity.

One will see more of these in the zoo then in Belize, Last time we were there we only saw two as they are getting rare even as Belize strives to protect wild life. Nice photo well focused on the eye and good colors, Nice
