The bright color of this fish immediately caught my eye. The definition of it's bone structure (or is that his gills?) gives a good view inside it's body. Not too appetizing but probably tasty despite it's appearance. Nice photo!

A very nice shot that makes excellent use of your shallow depth of field. Many ingredients that end up perfect on the table are less than beautiful when viewed on the cutting board. This one is a fine example. Best of luck in the voting.
