It's such a beautiful photo. I guess credit goes to the wild Comanche . It's a very well framed photo . Outstanding pov. Such a good dog .
Break out the snowshoes the snow is just around the corner . It's a great shot .

Well aren't you sweet to go back and have a look at some of my winter shots John! Yes...lol...the wild little Indian Comanche gets credit for this image. I am sincerely hoping that by this winter she will have learned that my snowshoes are for ME and not HER!!! Snowshoes are hanging in the wood shed just waiting for me to strap them on....let you know if Comanche has learned her lesson....and thank you so much for having a look at this one...and for the very fine review.

Nice natural framing with the two trees leaning right as if they bowed just as you Approached to take the shot.
Lovely colors of blue sky, green pine and white snow.
You did well on white balance, focus and unique POV shooting through the trees.
Nice Capture Doc

Our little Comanche had a lot to do w/ my unique POV Sange....lol....as I picked myself up and turned around I had this wonderful leaning tree right in front of me! Thank you so much for going back and having a look at this one....and for the very fine, detailed review. Always appreciate your thoughts on my posts.

lol....you are the one person who picked up on Comanche's name sg. She IS a real little wild Indian too....although she's getting a bit better as she gets older. You are a sweetheart for sharing one of your gold stars today w/ this piece. Thank you so much....I do really appreciate it.

I think this photo has a very pleasant and leisurely appeal to it for the winter. Makes me want to go out on a ski trip. The sunny weather and the ski tracks in the snow combined help create this atmosphere. The way you shot the photo behind the tree makes it look like a window you can look at to the possibilities of outdoor activities during the winter.

LOL...I was really kinda torn about posting a winter scene MK but decided to give reviewers a break from my endless flower posts. Not to worry though....have a couple of brand new flowers in mind for next post....lol Always appreciate you checking out one of my pieces and thank you for the fine review you've given this guy.

Lovely snow scene, Deborah and well captured after your fall! I love the patterns made in the snow by the shadows and also the trail your snowshoes left behind. You get the feeling of a crisp sunny winter day with the sun lighting up the snow and trees and a hint of bright blue sky peeping through the trees. Very good lighting and focus. Lovely composition. Great shot! The colors are so vivid! A snow picture with such warmth! Also, thank you for a shot to bring at least mental relief from the heat!
