I really like the long framing of this photo. Your focus and lighting are good as well. Well done and thank you for sharing another area of Italy with me :)

I can see something like this on Google Maps. This panoramic shot does well with giving the viewer an enhanced idea of what this place is about. The gradient of blues in the sky provides some abstraction to the otherwise very realistic photo.

The panorama is definitely eye catching. I wonder if the variation in the sky tones is typical. I was curious about what kind of file size you get compared to a single exposure.

Ha! I was going to say this is the birthplace of my favorite composer..Giacomo Puccini!
Great informative notes, fine Panoramic view, great Colors, sharp focus and great Details.
I do hope you visit a few of the 101 churches there and the medieval walls.
I would have to Photograph all 101 plus visit the Puccini operas center.
Nice Capture Fred.

You have a very cleaver camera. When I first looked at this shot. I wondered if you had used a convex lens. The panorama shot is stunning and gives us a very dimensional look at the city. The historical background of the city is so interesting and I love these types of notes.

A nice panoramic shot of this piazza in Lucca. One of my favorite spots in Italy. It is nice that you captured the surrounding buildings with the people walking around enjoy it.
