I attended Eastern Michigan University so the emu is special to me. I met one of these fellows in Australia in Animal Refuge that took exception to me taking his photo at a too close distance. His eyes dilated and he tried to attack me as I took cover behind a small group of trees. I won't do that again. Your handsome fellow has clear eyes and doesn't look irritated. The detail of his hair and facial features are razor sharp. Great shot.
