I wasn't really sure what to say about this interesting picture that you've presented us with here mostly because I can't effing stand Jack White and I honestly have no idea as to what 'Black Bat' licorice is! : ) ( Is it a brand name,like Twizzlers or Red Vines? )
But I'm certainly enjoying your drawing of the bat! It's pleasingly unusual and very cool!

Well I am sure that no one I personally know would be thinking of that song and trying to create an image to match it. This looks quite scary and although I love black licorice, I will hesitate and think of this painting. Very wonderful, as always.

Fantastic and very imaginative impression of song Black Bat Licorice. I am not familiar with the song but do love your bat and elements. Iam not fond of licorice but always do so love your creative art and your Bat image is no exception. I am a fan without being a fan if that makes sense. Thank You for sharing.

ha ha ha ha ha ha I listened to your link and loved the animated video that goes along with the song. I also liked the catchy beat but hated that he cut his tongue out...blechhhhh.

It brings us viewers closer to you, makes you more of a person/artist and gives us insight into your space. I like that you shared the song with us. Now I know why you created this piece....and although I couldn't get all the lyrics (which I know I can access) I want you to know I like licorice.

Did you know that black liquorice is contraindicated for anyone suffering hypertension.

So what in tarnations does this have to do with a review of your art...everything quite frankly.

I am a fan of your work because not only are you good at your craft you always make me see beyond the piece. Your niche is biased towards darkness whether on the emotive side or medium side...it works, sort of chiaroscuro worked for Rembrandt.

Besides........I love liquorice. :-)
