You have produced a brilliantly scenic sea setting picture. I admire the water action of interacting waves- the gentle water waves with the foaming waves. The bright blue water picture is an ideal addition to a picture book for children about Colors- showcasing the color 'Blue'.

I like the combinations of blues and the multiple motions going on in the water. The foreground water is a bit bright and could maybe use some toning down but that background blues are gorgeous.

I think this is a fine entry for the contest, and I also like the simplicity. You have captured the flow of water so well, and the bit of green in the wave offers a nice contrast.
Your photo is also nice and sharp, but you could probably need a bit more contrast in the foreground. You could try to use a dodging tool in this area. The all over exposure is still fine.
The slight diagonal placement of the wave makes the photo more interesting and also makes for a better composition. A lovely and well taken photo, and I wish you luck with the contest.
