You do such nice work. I think the textures in the petals adds more drama to this flower and helps accentuate the center that you have made stand out so well. The background is also lovely.

I almost passed this by, because I usually comment mostly on photographs, but then I took a closer look. Wow! Amazing detail in the petals and stamens. The background really emphasizes the glowing tones of the blossom. Well done!

A stunning example of your excellent camera technique and most of all the splendid post capture processing that, to me, is your trade mark.
The color palette for this take is marvelous. The bright and vibrant color of the petals gives such wonderful point contrast to the stamens - a standout.
I don't think that even micro photography could get better detail of the petals as you have shown with this take.
The inclusion of just enough greenery acts as a counter to the rush of color from the petals and gives balance to this theme.
Finally the choice of background along with the radiance of the zoom effect cast this piece as a classic and should be studied by anyone thinking of following this line of imagery.

A fascinating narrative to accompany this wonderful picture of this unusual member of the nightshade flower, one I have never seen before - the clarity is excellent, showing fantastic detail and patterns on the petals of the flower and the darkening of colour in lines on the inside clearly. The green leaves behind contrast nicely and set against the darker background makes the subject more prominent. A great piece, well done :)

Solanaceae is a very beautiful and befitting nomenclature for this botanical. This is truely a one-of-a-kind specues of flower. The light and camera angle captures the pigment very well. I love this.

A beautiful glowing picture of the Solandra Cup of Gold lily like flower in shape with it's background of what looks to me to be it's reflection on a pane of dark matte glass so the reflection seems to glow in the manner of candle light rather than shine the stamens curl up like the stamens in a lily bloom the gold petals with their red wine veins look to me as if they were made of finest soft glove leather beautifully framed by the green foliage framing the stem. Artistic composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera & editing techniques & sharp focus.
