What an incredible photo of this bee. It is not the usual
photo I see of a bee and it very unique and different in appearance. I really like the color and the detail in the wings and its antenna. Love the softness of its body and head. Beautiful against the red flower.
Wonderful work!

What an interesting little fellow with his fuzzy bee like body and transparent wings. I love the light and shadows in this shot as well as the details in the body of the moth.

difficul to imagine it could be a bee......
a wonderful close up Jack of this moth; it could have been an obvious winner of the moth contest; excellent sharp focus and details;

You certainly know how to challenge yourself. These hummingbird moths scoot around so quickly that they are impossible to catch, so I applaud you on your attempt with new camera.

You gave this a bit of a vignette and that was a brilliant idea...you made it subtle and not overpowering, it works to keep our eyes on the moth.

You can see that your focus is on the wing (the lower wing) which has beautiful textural quality and is sharp but she is soft.

You need to use a super fast shutter speed with 'follow focus' set up so you can track her yet the camera will focus for you. I'm not sure if your camera has that feature.

I like that you kept this natural yet used some artistic skill to make it even better than 'natural'.

Looks like feeding time for this bee. But now that I'm looking at the wings on this creature it could be a dragon fly. Whatever it is, this is a wonderful shot and a real closeup of lunch at noon. Maybe someone on FAR can identify it.

Nice colors in this capture. Love the detail of the wings. I think the composition would've been more spot on if you framed the bee more to the left and getting more of the flowers in the shot. Nicely done however. Good job.

I don't what this insect is either, but you certainly photograph it very well.

Your camera settings are superb throughout this take. All aspects of the bee(?) are in super fine resolution, as are the adjacent blooms - nicely done.

The depth of field is sharply tuned for the insect and the blossom it is investigating then drops off gently with the far background softly out of focus - very good.

The color palette is bright and pleasant to view.

There are no extraneous distractions from the fine job of framing this piece.

Good job ... B-)) Bob
