Very pretty blue flowers and you chose the perfect artistic bunch as your subject. Great color and lighting with perfect detail on your main focus. Just my own taste, but I would have cropped more off on the left. Best of luck in the contest.

Lovely and inviting shot bringing the viewers attention to the most beautifully displayed blooms low to the grasses where they are growing. Excellent display showing the blues of their petals making the background somewhat blurred which accentuates these little delicate blooms even more so.
Excellent job from the contrast, exposure, DOF, POV, highlights and shadows to its coloring, lightning, close cropping and overall composition,
Perfect for this contest.
Wishing you all the best.
Thanks for sharing.

The many straight lines with the flowers and other stems help give it some motion, and the angles of them give the photo some depth and rigidity that give the entire photo a solid foundation. The flowers provide some softness to the jagged environment. Almost as if I see masculine and feminine elements in the photo.

Thank you much for your encouraging comments. The masculine and feminine is in all things of nature. The Yin and Yang of life.

Your framing is good and photo is well composed. Your low perspective is aiding in your excellent composition. Your shallow depth of field blurring distractions from the background are beautifully captured. Your focus is spot on and sharp with beautiful natural light, revealing good details in the petals and stamen. A fine entry to The Color Blue Photography and good luck. This is very nice work and thanks for sharing!

What a beautiful periwinkle blue these flowers are. Are they very small? You have certainly done a fine job capturing them in what appears to be some bright light of day. The light is not creating unattractive reflections or shadows on those beautiful petals. You have controlled it nicely. Your detail is also excellent.

Your framing is the only thing I would probably change if this were my own. I would crop close to the flower on the left and let the space in the field be given to the top flower and where it is slightly facing. Just a personal choice. But since this is for a contest and your theme is blue, I think I would give it as much of my frame as possible...while sustaining the integrity of your story. These are sweet flowers. I love looking at them. Good luck in the contest!

Thank you very much for your through review and encouraging comments.
The blossoms are small, about 0.5-1 cm across. The plant could get 30-45 cm [1 1/2 feet] high, but looks like common grass if not blooming.

excellent separation of the flowers from the background, mainly the upper one, it looks like it is about to jump out of the frame
