A very nicely composed shot. I like the rust and the way the diagonals are filled. The colors are great and details are well defined. Best of luck in the contest.

What a handy find with this competition just popping up, I bet you were thrilled! a great close up shot of this vintage brass or similar lamp, showing the wear, tear and rust that time and the elements have worn away over the years. Still showing some metallic shine, as if not giving up hope yet even if it doesn't work anymore! And, it was still there for you to find, solid, and ready for a new career in modelling with it's first photoshoot! Destiny perhaps? ;) lol. A great a wonderfully random entry and photo that I admire, because to me this is what art is all about. Best of luck in the competition. :)
