Simply beautiful. A classic presentation of light and shadows. Minimum colours. Maximum effect. Skillfully composed. overall a pleasing composition. Thanks for sharing!

A well composed re-hash of this already beautiful flower the Snapdragon, one I remember well from my childhood years! A very interesting new shape has been formed and well used effects create new parts to the flower altogether very convincingly!! lovely clarity and vivid purple petals, and set against the grey background to accentuate the piece even further - great work!! :)

Beautiful image
I really like the DOF
The colors pop and draw your eye to the center.
The soft background creates a peaceful feeling.
Very nice work!

'Very Cool',Annie!
That's a very attractive photographic presentation,my friend!
While Snapdragons may indeed be a relatively 'common' type of a Flower the ones that you've photographed for us here have a wonderfully Exotic look about them!

Hi Annie, I saw this and said to myself, "Self, this is different for Annie". Ha,ha,ha. It reminds me of the symmetrical creations Regina use to post (I have not seen any thing from her in a while - has she left the site?). Any way, I've always found this type of symmetrical creations to be very interesting; the become almost abstract and can be anything people see in this. I like the way you have accented the piece with white stars or petals and the way you have made the edges fade into softness. Very Pretty. Kathy

Oh my! This is a very dramatic photo. The deep pink color really stands out in both the foreground and the background, and ties the whole piece together. I like the detail of the delicate "fuzz" on the buds. Very nice work. Good job.

I feel that pink is definitely a feminine color and this beautiful creation makes me feel quite female. It brings up the "Awe" in my soul. You have created such depth of expression with the dark corners, and the shadows within the flower itself. I love this one.
