Nicely painted ballerina. I like the shadowed areas on her face and body which gives great dimension to this piece. The white costume has nice fluidity to it and the reflection on the stage is terrific.

Beautifully rendered garment that makes the viewer immediately think of swan feathers. The choice of a black background results in the viewer only paying attention to the focal point. The reflected garment creates the illusion that the dancer is performing on a marble stage.

Beautiful tonal control throughout, particularly across the dress with the accentuated folds with good use of shadows within the folds. The black background works well with the fleshy tones, again controlled well. There is a softness portrayed within this presentation and that could be as a result of her posture and her facial expression

Your colors your expert shading and brush strokes are incredible. I like how the dark background accentuates your art work beautifully. I like the reflection and movement in this piece. Your work is masterful and this is a great example of how well you control your medium..

The light source is coming at her from the right and the shadowing is excellent. Especially nice is the detail of the folds in the white dress. This is one beautiful swan.

A fine painting which is well balanced and focussed on the central these of ballet dances. The contrast between dark and light is very well shown. overall an impressive painting which holds the eyeballs. Thanks for sharing!
