Excellent. I love the soft shadowing, the delicate colors, the curved shapes of the petals. All make for great composition, clear and sharp focus and contrast. Very good work.

Yes, the onset of autumn does cause problems for gardeners in England too! Your full overhead composition grants us an enjoyable look at your lovely rose. Exposure and sharpness are good. Nicely taken!

You can almost smell the rose.
I love the very faint yellow at the center, which gives it a nice warm glow.

White roses are my favorite along with yellow. This is a beautiful specimen at its perfect time of opening. I love the pale nuances of yellow with this lighting. Very nice angle to show off all its layers of petals too. Tight crops works perfectly. Well done, Deb.

This white one was a mistake initially Ed....I thought I was getting a red one...lol But I am very happy w/ it now despite all the babying it needs in order to survive the winters here. It just looks so lovely next to the pink and burgundy ones it shares a bed with. Thank you so much for having a look at my new piece....and for the wonderful review you've given it. I do always appreciate having you review one of my pieces.
