I know exactly what those flowers feel and what you talk about. I survived five category 5 hurricanes at the Yucatan. Being for several weeks without power and tramping with a handcart 5 miles up the road is not fun. In hope the Floridians hang in there and come through safely. Flowers stay inside even if you are photographers. The ability for flowers and humans to hang onto sign posts ends about at 100 mph.

Thanks for the great notes and the perfect "hang in there" cartoon. We are about 40-50 miles inland from Tampa Bay. All ready for it and praying for everyone.

You are so cool, ya know that? Thanks for this one, it means a lot to me and us. It hurts at the same time. Perfect description and your personal story made me even closer to you and for that reason your cool. Thanks for this one. Well done graphics. Perfect expressions!

My prayers are with the people worst affected by the fury of the hurricanes, one after another. You have made a lovely painting which is not horrifying but tells the plight of people. Thanks for sharing!

Oh Mark - yep, hang in there. I heard from another FAR member. I've moved to an area where one was predicted like the one coming your way - .....Yep hang in there Mr Flood, who was the very first Mr Flood? Love and prayers to ALL, Anita.

That's a funny tale. My great grandfather is french Canadian and he crossed the American border. Course like many immigrants he changed his name to try sound like American. He was going for Floyd but his accent so strong they thought he said flood. So they filed it as such and that's how the flood name started. His real last name was Garnier. He my great grandfather who just immigrated with family from Germany. Of course as grandad married and then dad you can say I'm kinda like Heinz 57...or if I was a dog I would be called a mutt..many things in the ole Gene pool. Wink. Thanks for the great review

Just for fun I'll tell you this one of strange roots. My best friend and official carer is German. His partner is American and her father is a registered Sasquatch Indian. They have a baby son which makes him a German Sasquatch :) Have you got a Big Foot flower in your pen wearing Lederhosen?

Lol..that's funny and no but it is a cool idea. I'm trying to get the last of these drawings done so I can finish out the new video. Sad part is in the last couple days I have 7 drawings to post but internet is out till whenever cause the storm..sucks! If I didn't have cellphone I would be totally cut off from the world..waaahhhhhhhh! Lol

What a wonderful edition
Of flower power and appropriate title for the current hurricane situation. Such a unique and creative perspective of a hope filled state.
Great creativity shown here.

This one is not from flower power..it's from my cartoon series "Funnie Flowers". Glad it made ya chuckle and we all survived the hurricane. Course the flowers are still pissed for me leaving them out in it..wink. thanks for the great review

Well these two are certainly doing their best to hang on for dear life after getting stuck on the evacuation route! It proves flowers are stronger than we thought anyway. Brilliant colours and the strength of the wind is well expressed through their gravitational position! accurate and neat as always, good work :)
