Thank you very much for your kind review and comments - very much appreciated. It was taken in a local zoo Just wandering about in the butterfly section. I have not yet been able to work out what it is!

A beautiful shot of this exotic pigeon. Both the eye and the head plumage are shown in fine detail. Not the best background and I would go with a less ornate frame.
