Your Cosmos are just gorgeous and love the detail revealing how petals scowl out like beautiful sea shells. Enjoy also the mist of Golden pollen has settled on base of petals. Silky texture does show up very well and the thing really like is how you captured; Every petal, being different, asymmetrical. Excellent sharp image all the way around. Thank You for sharing and so well done!

Bunkie you are not going to believe it but this variety is called 'SEA SHELLS' I was determined to not go overboard w/ my notes this time so I did not include the variety name. Was amazed when I read your review!! What a guy!! Thank YOU for checking out my new piece...for the really wonderful review....AND the shiny gold star. I so appreciate the extra sparkle Bunkie.

The evening light gives such fantastic contrast to the whites of the flower. They whites give a wonderful contrast to the yellow. It is just so well balanced and in crisp detail. Focus is dead on. I love it in every way. Wonderful work and thank you for sharing.

lol...well I have studied it too Paul....I am always extra careful w/ my white flowers after dark....BUT....do think I might have cropped it just a tad differently. Well you know I always appreciate you checking out my 'stuff' Thank you soooo much for giving it such an excellent review and for sharing a shiny gold star w/ it! Another outstanding floral shot. The lighting is superb and shows the detail of the petals without shadows. How do you do that? I have never seen cosmos with such tubular petals. A real treat.

The bed where this batch of COSMOS live mm is right next to several REALLY large rocks.....lots of room and height to place my large flashlights where they won't cast shadows. Yes, this tubular variety is wonderful, isn't it. I have so far seen them only in white but am looking for colored ones to add to my gardens next season. Thank you so much for checking it out....and for the excellent review mm.

The composition works well with the flower slightly off center. The colors of the white and yellow go nicely with the green muted background. Nice job.

i work in the garden department at walmart so yes i do sell any different perennials. this is a nice one. the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of this flower is great. the capture of the light is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.
