Wow. What a wonderful collage Susan. Your description of how you did it boggles my poor little mind. I like the progression of closer and closer images of the hover fly. Colors are nicely rendered and the focus is spot on. Wonderful after photo work on this one Annie. Kudos ~ Steve

I like this triptych for the weirdness of it. I love that you have focused on this little wee critter instead of the flower.
The insect is quite unique and fascinating. The way you have framed it imthe images seems like it's the preview to a comic book layout.
Like we are about to read the exploits of said fly (which might in fact be a mutant or superhero).

They are Amazing to watch and see. Most people commonly think of bees as pollinators but these small flying insects do a pretty big job themselves. They move about quite a bit so I know they can be difficult to capture. The Pink Roses are also Lovely and help draw the Eye to your Focal Point! Great Job Overall! Thank you for Sharing ;)
