A very nice shot which is well composed and shown in very good colors. I think that for the sake of the contest it would score better if the water and not the trees occupied the majority of the frame. Good luck in the voting.

This is a calm and peaceful scene due to the stillness of the trees and water. I like the way you framed this so that the primary sense of sky is only gained by the reflections in the water. Nice technique that I want to try.
