The hazy sky against the rocky coastline offers the viewer a splendid contrast.
Your photo evokes images of times past. I can almost see the Trimarans breaking the horizon.

I truly love this scene, especially the way you captured the grade on the sloping landscape. I never would have guessed it was a hot day. The haze seems like early morning fog at moonrise. The softness of the sky, sea, and gentle birds in flight are a nice contrast to the rugged terrain.

A wonderful, clear shot where colour slowly fades to black and white in a very defined and precise way. The clarity is good, as is the long DOF (I'm not sure how much is effect added but either way!) - the foreground of brown and green scrub and foliage becomes more rocky as it descends, and also to the left there are interesting rock formations that are a dark grey/black colour, before the large gap visibly between this part of land and the next across the water, this one still visible but with a mist, or "shimmer" which layers it and the ocean below, as well as the sky and clouds above - a great effect that is very precise, and looks almost like 2 photos overlapping - the sun shines through the gloomy effect onto the small flock of birds which is a nice touch, and creates the silvery shimmer on the water nicely. Great work :)
