THose do look yummy and with the VCC sounds perfect. Great shot here with the apples popping with color against the sky. Great that you got 3 in it as it is perfectly balanced. Congrats on the All time best! Best to you!

Has a painterly like look and the red apples lure me in. October my favorite apple becomes available! They are only around one month..Macoun Apples..I get them shipped up from upstate NY near Monticello.
I hope to place an order next week.

Going to saunter on down to the orchard w/ Comanche and my camera this afternoon too Sange.....time to pick a few more of these bright red guys. Thank you so much for having a look....and giving this one such a fine review. And Macoun Apples- I remember you discussing them last year. I am going to have to try one sometime...see if it's as good as these guys.

oh yummy...apple dumplings!!! I may have to consider that when I pick my next batch. There are soooo many apples Paul I could pick every few days for the next month (or until frost hits and I have to pick them all) You are a doll for having a look and sharing one of your final gold stars w/ me and my apples (sounds like a song, doesn't it? lol) Seriously though, thank you. looks good to me. lol. the clarity is great. the capture of the light is great. the angle of the shot of the apples on the branches is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.

This is very cool!
It could be a launch point for my fruit label series.

Ok, now you are making me homesick again. Wish I had a chunk of Cabot sharp cheddar in front of me now. I will take the apple as well :) Very nicely shot and framed really jumps out and grabs your attention. Love the nice background that does not distract. Great shot.

awww.....just wonderful Cindy to know someone else who appreciates Cabot sharp cheddar like I do. Not sure if it is a Vermont thing to pair cheese w/ Apples- I'd never heard of it before I moved here- but I thoroughly approve- lol and so enjoy the two together. You do have a most unusual eye gg...or perhaps you only see apples in the grocery store?? lol I assure you that this piece is exactly as it looks in my orchard. I actually pride myself on NOT over-doing my pieces. At any rate, thank you for having a look...and for sharing your thoughts.
