I know they were without foilage in the previous pix, that is why I just couldn't resist saying what I did in this Review. Hope you are doing as well as your photos.

Whoa BB. That is a Bushel Bunch of apples! It takes old trees to produce such a load. My uncle built a log home on a place that had an old orchard. The trees were almost 80 years old the last time I saw them. They were prolific and a favorite of the local Deer population. This reminds me of Fall approaching and the time to pick apples. I'll be over tomorrow to pick a few. Great work BB ~ BB

Well you are going to be one very busy man BB getting ready for Mexico and picking apples too! lol You must be right too about older orchards being more prolific. Even w/ this season being a great one for apples this is still the most apples I've ever seen on these two particular trees....and the deer population around here just love my place- BIG TIME! Thank you so much for checking out this one BB....I noticed you had a couple of new pieces and I will be having a look at both of them in the morning!

I love the imagery of your description of this shot. As a former English teacher this photo would be a great writing prompt for descriptive language. I love the fall colors and the sky is an artists dream! Thanks for sharing.

You are still making me hungry...lol. If I get up that way, you owe me fresh dumplings.

OK. Seriously. The detail in the trees is fantastic. I can almost count the apples. You had better get busy. My trees gave nothing this year. Well, rephrase. Nothing to me. The deer got them all. My pears on the other hand are doing well. Thanks for sharing.

You got it Paul...lol...dumpling date! I have a hard time when I'm over in the gardens near these trees....cannot keep my eyes off all those bright red apples. The deer around here mostly wait until they hit the ground....except for maybe a few really low branches. The bears are hogs...lol...not so much w/ the apples but w/ the blackberries. It's a race every year to get enough before the bears either eat them or crush the bushes they sit on while they munch away. Neighbors! Thank you so much for checking this guy out and for the fine review and guess what?? I don't have any pear trees...lol

Hey, I just saw this. Good colors; they blend and contrast nicely at the same time. Bright pic overall; good lighting; love the little specs of red apples; reminds me of Christmas; looks like Little House on The Prarie.LOL. Refreshing, clean look. Now, I feel like running through a field LOL. Take care.

ahahahaha...oh you are the best swimmer.....I am still laughing at the "Now, I feel like running through a field" lol I am picturing it in my mind's eye! Little House on the Prairie bit pretty good too. Thank you so much for having a look....for giving it a gold star...but especially for putting an image in my head that I will grin at all afternoon. Love it!!

Nice angle of shot and light handling, but the photo looks over sharpened and this takes from the initial impact

Another apple image you find too 'sharp' gg. Again I have to say that I wish you could see this in person....I think you might be very surprised. Anyway, appreciate you having a look at my new piece and thank you for your thoughts.

So enjoyed reading your artists notes. Dancing Girl' Apple Trees is a perfect title and I like that your image tells your story. Such a beauty orchard and looks to be bearing lots of red apples this season. Your focus, lighting, clarity and contrast are all good. Perfectly framed and a good perspective. This is very nice work and thanks for sharing.

Very nice notes on your photograph. The composition works well with the winding shapes of the apple trees against the horizontal row of brush. The title is great as it looks as if the trees are swaying to music. Nice shot and great notes.
