a pleasure to see another pic of you today; and another excellent and interesting capture with interesting narrative for those not familiar with Indian food;
I like it too when not too spicy; just missing on your pic the fresh warm: chiapati , naan or the less known dosas;

Dosas are considered a 'tiffin' item , a short eat and not really meant for the regular )plate meal' in India. Yes. Chappati /naan iare regular food items that are missingbecause it was to follow in hot condition ! :):)
