when I lived in Arkansas, Conway- in winter it became very frosty and cold, but not snowy. I often walked home at tea time from visiting my dear friend, Gene, also an artist, and the skies would turn this colour.. Living there was sort of ''delicious''.. but lawyer said, sell up and clear off back home to UK. When I did,the lab st barths gave me hell remote, so I fled to work in China. But that ceris, yes, frosty nights.

I love the deep purple feel of this composition. The beautiful shadows of dusk on the snow are very visually appealing. The meandering waterway is interesting and leads the eye through the scene.

COOL,Sesha! : D
A 'painfully' attractive painting with an enjoyably genuine 'Far Northern Winter' spirit emanating from it!
It's coloration looks especially nice!
'Good Show',my friend!

Your water effects amaze me. The colors and the over all style is very impressive. I found the left trees are a bit rough but that is what I.M sure you wanted to do. Very much have enjoyed your work that I have seen

Nicely done on this one. The colors and varied hues of purple and pink are quite beautiful.
It looks like a cold but colorful sunset in the clear fading light.
Well done!

You have a style all your own as soon as I see the picture I know the artist. It's the way you blend, a very soft gentle flow! Very good job

Love the color you've used here Seshadri to portray the stillness of winter. It's unusual and I like it a lot.

I really have no idea how you do these pieces...lol Every time I come across one of your 'modern mixed media' pieces I always think I should look it up and see how you do it....but instead I usually just study the piece....and enjoy it. This one is no different....lol

Great use of unexpected color. I almost get chilled when I look at this. I can feel the cold snow. Love the color of the sky and how it reflects on the water which seems frozen over. Well done as always.
