Vivid in color and with a beautiful design, this pastel painting is a gorgeous representation of the gift of Mother Nature! The light and shadows, colours and the composition have worked out well. Good effort!

Nicely done. I looks like a cornucopia of flowers pouring forth in an effort to stave off the urban landscape. Nature always finds a way!
The composition is nice, how it moves from the upper left to lower right.
The background with the stone wall gives a nice visual break and provides depth.
Nice brushwork and shading on this as well.

Hi Linda!
I've never seen the 'concrete buildings and cobbled streets' of Eustis,Florida,my friend, but it seems that a colorful garden such as the one you've presented a fine looking pastel drawing of here would offer a fine visual respite from any relatively 'subdued' urban scene! : )
'Good Show,my friend!

I'd have to say that this is a fine pastel painting. The colors are really good and harmonize well in the painting. I love the different shapes in the whole composition. Overall, this artwork has a pleasant appeal.

Be proud of yourself this is a great piece. The colors are great the hole thing, I have a hard time on this review, I try to give some direction on something but this is a hard. Maybe the wall could use a bit more of an organic feel. But this is very nice

Hi Linda

The pastel colours in this image are divine. What a lovely image. I thought it was a heavily edited photograph at first! :) Beautiful just beautiful! R
