This is a lovely painting with incredible colors and movement. The background seems dark and ominous yet up front the sunshine is reflecting off the water nicely! The wheat grass up front adds great depth to all. Lovely painting for a friend!

Well done pastel of the setting sun against the water.
I really like how you delineated the horizon in a dark line and then spread out from there. Makes for a wonderfully dramatic image.
The purple sky and sea is very cool! Love it!
And of course, your very well drawn foreground with the delicate grass is perfect!
