This is indeed a grizzly with a character, and I especially like the close and personal approach. It brings out so well the fine textures of the fur, and you can see the special expression in the eyes of the bear.
Your photo is also nice and sharp showing clear and well defined details, and the exposure is spot on.
It was also fun to read about Kenai smashing the glass wall with a rock. To me this shows that this bear is pretty intelligent.
I think this is a truly lovely and well taken photo Grace, and with a very good DOF.

This is indeed a grizzly with a character, and I especially like the close and personal approach. It brings out so well the fine textures of the fur, and you can see the special expression in the eyes of the bear.
Your photo is also nice and sharp showing clear and well defined details, and the exposure is spot on.
It was also fun to read about Kenai smashing the glass wall with a rock. To me this shows that this bear is pretty intelligent.
I think this is a truly lovely and well taken photo Grace, and with a very good DOF.

A great pose with his paw over his mouth like that. I like the glittering eyes that make it seem like he is in on some kind of joke. Beautiful colors and superb details throughout.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks he's photogenic, I was worried whether it was just all in my head - since I like these guys so much. He is one mischievous bear. Thank you again for your nice comments :)

I tired to get photos but not so good through the windows and I didn't dare go outside since she had her cubs w/ her.
