Such a beautiful scene of the sunlight casting beams of wonder over the lake. The colors are brilliant and the sunbeams casting their glow over the water make a gorgeous photograph. I like the shaded trees and land.
This is a perfect photo coming from heaven above.

Nice first impression of this serene Lake Michigan photo. I love the sun rays coming through the clouds which you captured well. The trees on the the lower right make for nice framing. Color and clarity are also very good. Thanks for sharing.

What a peaceful and beautiful scene that you have captured. The water is calm and the sky opens up to beautiful rays beaming down on the sea. The trees in the foreground show detail and depth to the picturesque scene. The muted orange on the horizon tells that the sun is setting or rising. The photo is very serene and peaceful overall. A fantastic capture across the ocean from the coast at this wonderful sunset, cast heavily through the clouds and showing good DOF and clarity, as well as perspective as we see the low lit branches to the right then lean out to the ocean, calm and shimmering from the reflection of the light, casting various beams down through the cracks in the clouds. A great contrast in tones with the darker foreground and lovely cloud formation, with the horizon glowing beyond. Great shot and best of luck in the competition! :)
