Excellent composition, however could benefit from background contrast. The legs especially are drawn into the background instead out into the foreground.

welcome to this site;what is important for a portrait is the face: I preferd to keep the legs dark; another option would be to cut the lower body part;
also, a child portrait must be soft: a little grain or noise is beneficial;

Yes it's so cute, the colors are good, frame a bit tight on top and bottom the outline of it distracting a little to the viewers, , there is little noise in the picture, I do not see more in artist's notes, in my opinion the picture is a little washed, best of luck on the contest, Jairos

Only 3 and a 1/2 months?! Wowzer. I am not good at estimating babies' ages but I would have guessed 3 and a half years! She is cute indeed whatever the age though. :) R
