What a sweet face this autumn pixie has, her expression shows that she is happy and she looks rather pleased! Very well created , I like her green grassy hair , and the way she is posed with her head turned to the side. I like the strawberries and blueberries on the left and the butterflies that have landed in her hair and the one that is positioned like a ring on her hand.
Very well created , arranged and presented!

This is a very nice piece of work, I love the colors and the dark background is done very well. I love the little butterfly ring that she has on and the way she seems to be looking at something that has caught her eye. I see that this is entered in a contest and I wish you the best in it. JackJr.

Your Judy Garland doppelgänger has some beautiful features. The green grass-like hair is a fun addition along with the butterflies. I'm not sure if it's my phone or not but the image appears a bit blurry to me.
I still enjoyed it!

The resemblance with July Garland was not intended. It probably slipped into my painting because the story and the movie. :o)

She is lovely and has very human features...at first glance she reminds me of Judy Garland.
I like her grass like hair, berry bracelet and content look on her face.
Lovely work as usual Cleo.

Good job! I love the details in her face and hair. Love the butterflies in her hair, or flying around. The detail on the face is neat. Love your strokes on digital art!

Thank you very much for your kind review. Sorry for being late, a nasty cold kept me from working.

I hope you feel better. This time last year I started getting so sick, and two weeks before Christmas I thought I would die. :P

Love this! It really captures the look and feel of the fae.
The hair reminds me of verdant grass when it's super green and lush. The kind of grass that makes one want to kick off your shoes and walk barefoot.
Her expression speaks of amusement, fun and a little but of mischief.
She resembles Judy Garland a little bit when she was in the "Wizard of Oz".
Great piece of work this. A virtual 6. (I am out).

Thank you very much for your through and thoughtful review. I did not intend the resemblance to July Garland, but I love the movie and the book since I was a kid. You are the only one who realized that she has grass in her hair and shawl. :o)

Hi there. Like your vibrant colors and use of different tools. Very imaginative and creative. The fruit is like falling out of the sky. Great detail and highlights on her hair and neck that just pop out at you! Nice job!

the face is great and the hand is really well done. the rest looks a bit rushed. i like the colors in the hair. the fruits look real. the earing needs some shading, it really sticks out. just a bit more to punch this one out.

Thank you, I appreciate your critical review and your input. I guess what looks rushed to you is my attempt on a impressionist background to show that this is a fairy tale spirit.
reply by Paul the Wizard on 20-Nov-2017
sounds good did not pick up the impressionist style, sorry about that.
