Raoul,
You really should join FanStory and submit your poetry too!! I love this part:
Alas, too often Hope's a spark
Shaded by shrouds of Doubt and Shame
Which with age wax thick in the dark.
And stop Hope blazing like the flame
Which at Christmas shines through the eyes
Of children to whom Doubt's unknown.
This is beautiful.
Your artwork has very good lines and proportions.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you too!!

Very awesome bro. The depth is so excellent that it has a 3D feel to it. The facial expression is excellent. The body form and language is excellent. The details is excellent. The shading is excellent. The blend of color is awesome. The creation is well balance and very eye appealing to the viewer. Very creative and awesome work overall(standing clapping and cheering) wooooooooooohhhoooooo

You art always takes us to another level. You cannot walk by this piece and not spend time on it.

You make us ponder and sometimes I feel that is all there is left....hope, so I accept that little boy's gift.

Raoul, oftentimes your art comes across as a tad muddy. I know you have a certain touch and this is it, but it may work against you....can you process them a bit more punchier? (just a suggestion...sort of like telling Degas not to brighten stuff up...ha). Look in the upper R corner...there is blue smudging that takes away from the crispness of your art.

Your drawing skill I shan't rave about because you know I love it and you are masterful.

The colours of red and blue which are opposite on the colour wheel ought to be stronger and the yellow needs to sing aloud...BUT ....that is just me.

Full marks of course and thank you for making me think....yet again.

An interesting piece of art so thoughtfully created and skillfully executed. The message and the accompanying meaningful poem set the stage for the Christmas season of Goodwill. A uniwue art that makes it compulsive viewing. Good luck!
