Ah- a new name here. Welcome to the site!
This is one of the prettiest of all the wildflowers Sarah and you have photographed it really nicely. Focus is crisp on the blossom itself....beautiful detail! Colors are natural. So nice that you haven't over worked this. It's well exposed and as there's almost nothing I like better than a flower filled frame I think you tight crop is wonderful! Of course, the very dark background lets all the attention be on this stunning wild flower.
It's a beautiful presentation Sarah. I don't believe the bit of foliage leaf adds anything to your image though...would be nice if it were either crisply in focus or removed completely but that's being picky. This is really lovely!

Nicely captured floral. The bud is sharp with good details. Very good color harmony and pop.
Very good contrast and tones. Nice visual and initial impact with good lighting and exposure control. Tech's and technical excellence also well done. Lovely macro.

a very good capture of this Paphiopedilum lawrenceanum hybrid (very likely) with good lighting and sharp focus;
I think a better point of view would include the tip of the right petal and if posible another leaf;
