This is an excellent shot of a dragonfly. The detail is sharp and well focused. The lines of the leaves in the background are in all different directions and make it an interesting composition. Love the pink and green colors as they harmonize well.

Mary, always fun to catch these dragonflies...the good part is that if you are patient they always tend to return to the same spot.

The dragonfly is not sharp but in it's softness it blends with the diffusion of it's environment.

Yes they are very difficult to photograph, I've been trying for a while! The clarity is good, the blurring of the background helps to capture its gossamer wings. Very good catch of this dragonfly.

Yes they do but is cool is seeing a bass come out of the water catching these fast fellas. The clarity is great. The angle of the shot of this dragonfly is great. The capture of the light is great. The image is balance and eye appealing to the viewer. Good eye and great job overall.

Well, sometimes you have to suffer for your art! Looks to me and sounds to me you went through some difficulties to get this fine shot!! Your image is well composed, sharp and has good exposure. Like the fine detail on the wings. Nicely taken!
