While strolling through the gallery, this one caught my eye. Just a charmingly sweet drawing. Composition is simple and direct with the child centered with the real action on the right. The complementary colors of the light shades of purple and yellow greens give that feeling of gentleness. The child appears to be proportionally correct even given the simple drawing description of the hands and face forms. Lastly, that smiling face of trust just caps it off for me. Lovely. Reasons from my five star vote.

A lovely nostalgic winter time scene
I like the contrasting colours especially the striped hat, cute expression on the little girls face which says oops I've fallen but I am ok as she gets a helping hand. Very well drawn and with great storytelling. Good contest entry. Good luck.
