I like this photo a lot. I painted a barn owl once and did notice the heart shaped face. The background is interesting as well. Thank you for sharing and best of luck with this image

Thank you so very much for your kind review. Owls are fascinating. I wish I had a great camera and could of captured a closer shot. Some keep them as pets. In my heart I would love to but would feel bad. As the true saying goes.... you can take the animal out of the wild, but not the wild out of the animal. Thank you, and Happy New Year. ~

A wonderful capture of this beautiful bird in flight especially with an iPhone. I love Owls and particularly Barn Owls. They have such a unique look. Nice job of cropping and with the other post photo work. A great entry for the contest. Best of fortune in the contest ~ Steve
