I really like the high definition appearance to this scene and the black and white is stunning. I think you did a great job in getting the textures and the details of the bridge to stand out so sharply.

This is an interesting post. At first sight I mistook this for a drawing! The bridge and the flowing water makes it an interesting viewing. Fine composition, and very good light and shadows makes this very viewable! Good effort!

CRISP CRISP CRISP! throughout and that along w/ you B&W conversion has given it a wonderful sharp look....so well detailed I can see individual rocks at the bottom of the abutments. Perfectly exposed as well.

This is a great looking bridge Mary Eileen, and you have pictured it so well. I like that the photo is converted to BW, and also the fantastic shine and reflections you have captured in the water.
Your photo is of course also nice and sharp and it is such clear and well defined details to be seen in the bridge. I also think the exposure is good and it is fine distinctions between dark and light.
The format and framing is perfect and the bridge has got a very fine placement within the frame. Indeed a great looking and well taken photo, and with an excellent DOF.

This looks like a bridge that connects Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I know it's not, but it looks similar. The details are sharply focused and interesting to look at. The angle that you shot this from makes the composition work nicely. Black and white was the way to go for this one.
