OMG! I can't imagine living in such cold climates. You have shot the scene well. The light and shadows, mild colours and the composition have worked out well. Good effort!

I like this winter view! It's well exposed, good focus, well composed with good detail throughout, variations of textures, natural winter colors and tones. Glad it didn't flood! I feel that the view is well captured to go with your story.

Funny those trees growing in the middle. Are they really on little islands and the water normally goes around them? Nice composition and framing. Image is a bit blurred in the ice that is between branches of the left trees. But it is not important. Thank you for sharing and best of luck with this image

Thank you. The river was rising and so the ice was surrounding the trees
