I love the way the setting sun puts the golden hue on the structures of the city, well composed , good focus, I like the contrast between nature and man made here.

Lovely photo. Great lighting really enhances the wonderful colors throughout the photo. I like your vantage point with the foreground of the water. Very nice.

A superb view of the 400 year old palace in India captured here, with brilliant long DOF and clarity capturing the sheer scale and size of this magnificent and huge building (or buildings) in a great and well suited panoramic style. The lighting is excellent and shows the golden brown stonework that makes up the majority of the palace wonderfully, as well as the design of the towers and design structures of the various shaped "wings" I guess of the palace. A lovely view across the large lake made famous as you state in Octopussy - even I recognise it and I've only seen a handful of old Bond movies! Cropped neatly and with good colour contrast between the dashes (on camera, probably vast areas lol) of greenery and foliage along the front, and great perspective created with the POV over the lake and the boat on the left. A brilliant shot, well done :) P.S My Fungus dedication to you being posted today, watch this space! lol ;)

Quite an impressive and enjoyable skyline shown here! Your fine composition offers us a nice look at your location. Exposure and sharpness are OK. Nicely taken!

Fred,
A beautiful view across lake Pichola of the City Palace in Udaipur bathed in the golden light of a sunset that makes it's brickwork glow in soft orange the colour visible on the waters of the lake. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

    Fred,
    In my eyes it's superb & taken in difficult light conditions with no blow outs.

You are so well traveled. I have only been outside my country twice and each time it was about two miles outside of USA. That was in the days when we did not need a passport to go to Mexico or Canada. Just want to let you know that the details of the temple is blurred. Maybe because it is so far away across the lake. Nice composition and framing. Thank you for sharing and best of luck with this image

    I tried to upload again: maybe it is better.....

    Thought so. Your pictures are usually very sharp. I know of another another artist for whom this up load issue. She did the upload again and the blurring disappeared. Did not work for me, but maybe it will work for you. I have had the upload issue and reloading did not help. Good luck. It will not show me what I just typed. So if I made typo or grammar issue, I apologize in advance. This tool to reply sucks. You can?t se what
    you just typed

    I noticed that it is very blurred on the small image but much sharper when enlarged;

    I found the opposite. I zoomed in by enlarging and that is when I noticed it. It is your image. I was only trying to help. Take care
